Lenora Bonacci, 65, Of Yonkers

YONKERS, N.Y. – Lenora Bonacci (nee Ciarletto), known to family and friends as Lee or LeeLee and a lifelong Yonkers resident, died at her home on Monday, Feb. 9 following a decades-long illness. She was 65.

Born to Gemma Ciarletto and the late Anthony Ciarletto, she is survived by her husband Daniel Bonacci, whom she married on July 6, 1999.

In addition to her husband and mother, Lee also is survived by children Joseph LaBarbera of New York and Jason and Lauren LaBarbera of Yonkers; grandchildren Brittany LaBarbera, Jayla Scales and Jayvon Vinson; sisters Nancy Capone of Yonkers; Sandra Coyle of Stony Point and her husband Ian; and Marianne Scott of Sparks, Nev. and her husband Robert; along with four nephews.

Visiting hours are from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 12 in the Whalen & Ball Funeral Home, 168 Park Ave. The funeral home also will hold the funeral service, set for 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 13.

Internment will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery.
