Souza was born Sept. 25, 1945, to Ernest and Catherine (Alexander) Souza in Hyannis, Mass. He was a retired butcher for Pathmark in Westchester County. He was an Army veteran and served in Vietnam.
Souza is survived by his wife, Donna (Lasko) Souza; sisters, Karen Giustino, Christine Barbagallo and Beatrix (Trixie) Souza; brother, Luke; several nieces; nephews; cousins; mother and father-in-law; and brother and sister-in-law.
Calling hours are Saturday, Feb. 8 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Whalen & Ball Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 8 at Christ the King Church. Interment at Oakland Cemetery.
