Henry S. Treulieb, 93, Yonkers Resident

YONKERS, N.Y. – Henry S. Treulieb, a lifelong resident of Yonkers, died Monday, May 23. He was 93.

He enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Corp in World War II and met his wife during his tour in France. After the war, he began a lifelong career with New York Telephone Company. He was a member and Sacristan at St. Eugene's Church, serving as a Grand Knight in the Knights of Columbus and a good friend to all.

He was the husband for 65 years to the late Charlotte Laurent Treulieb. He was the father of Bernard Treulieb, Denise Palyo, Christine Monaco, Nancy Calamunci and the late Michelle Perry; grandfather of eight; and great-grandfather of 11.

Visiting hours will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the Flynn Memorial Home, Yonkers. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Eugene's Church, Yonkers. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery, Hastings-on-Hudson.
