Terry was born July 20, 1924, in the City of New York, to Horatio and Juliette Manigault. She attended School Number One, Longfellow Jr. High School and Roosevelt High School.
Terry is survived by her sisters, Doris Manigault, Sidney Jennings, Pearl Burns and Shirley Oliver; many nieces and nephews; a great-niece and great-nephew. She was predeceased by her husband, Henry Terry.
Calling hours are from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5 at Metropolitan A.M.E. Zion Church, 67 Belknap Ave., Yonkers, NY 10710. Services will be at the church at 11 a.m., Reverend Julius Walls officiating. Inurnment of cremains in Rose Hill Cemetery, Putnam Valley, N.Y. at the convenience of the family.
