YONKERS, N.Y. --Dolores T. Bordash, of Yonkers, died at home Saturday, Oct. 24. She was 86.
Bordash was a parishioner of St. John the Baptist Church. She was active at Yonkers VFW Post 375.
She was predeceased by her husband, John.
Bordash is survived by her children, Andrew (Jeannine), Mary (precedeased by Donald) Foster, Teresa (Kevin) Rooney, Joanne Foster, Veronica (Charlie) Manzino, Geraldine, Roberta, John (predeceased by the late India), Peter and Matthew; 21 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her son, Paul, by her brothers Harold & Christian Becker and her sister, Lorraine Zeffer. She is survived by her sisters-in-law, Marion Bracken, Irene Clark and Helen Bordash, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
There will be a funeral Mass is at 10:45 a.m. Thursday at St. John the Baptist Church with interment to follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Yonkers.
