DeMuro was born Nov.1, 1934, in New York City, to John and Sara "Sadie" Sanzo.
DeMuro is survived by her husband, Martin; children, Janine (Tom), Elena (Tom), John (Caroline); nine grandchildren; and a great grandchild.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday, Sept. 29 at 10 a.m. in St. Bartholomew's Church. Cremation at the Woodlawn Crematory, Bronx, New York.
