Yonkers Raceway Horse Dies After Receiving Medication

YONKERS, N.Y. -- A horse died at Yonkers Raceway on Monday after receiving medication for inflammation and high blood pressure, according to LoHud.com.

The horse, Liberty Cruise, was being treated with the drug Lasix, according to the article.

It is reportedly the second horse death this year at Yonkers raceway, both of which happened within a month.
