Spano said Yonkers experienced 30 hours of a nor'easter that brought 10 to 15 inches of snow to the city. Spano noted that the recent storm added to the foot of snow already on the ground prior to the recent storm.
"Like you, I'm very, very frustrated with mother nature," Spano said at the press conference. "I just ask that the residents of our city continue to be patient."
