YONKERS, N.Y. -- A Yonkers man was charged with driving while intoxicated after being unable to pay the toll fee on the New York State Thruway in Albany, according to officials.
Diaz Ulises, 31, was at Exit 23 near Albany and was unable to pay the toll. Troopers arrived after multiple calls of erratic operation to assist in the toll collection, police said.
