Yonkers Man Arrested In Shooting Death Of Wife

YONKERS, N.Y. -- A Yonkers man has been arrested after allegedly shooting and killing his wife, according to LoHud.com.

Jose Contreras, 52, was arrested shortly after fleeing the scene after police found 47-year-old Sharon Contreras at 49 North Broadway with a gunshot wound late Saturday night, the report said. She was pronounced dead at St. Joseph's Medical Center, according to the report.
