YONKERS N.Y. - Yonkers residents are invited to the Aisling Irish Community Center's Bachelor of New York Fundraiser at 8 p.m. Saturday at Gaelic Park in the Bronx.
The contestants will participate in a private interview conducted by a panel of judges and will then entertain supporters on stage with an interview and party piece.
The evening's host will be Irish television personality Daithi O'Se, and there will be a live musical performance by the Narrowbacks.
Tickets for the event cost $30, with proceeds going to aid the community center. For more information, call 914-237 5121.

The are a few tickets left, and can be bought at either the Heritage Bar & Grill on McLean Avevue or the Rambling House on Katonah Avenue in the Bronx. There also will be a few tickets for sale at the door. All tickets will be sold on a first come basis.
