Daniel Wolf, an art collector and dealer, plans to buy the space with his wife, architect and artist Maya Lin.  The 10,000-square foot building is being sold “as-is” and may require rezoning by the city to meet the proposed plans, LoHud.com said.

Immediate plans call for the building to hold Wolf’s collection and serve as a location for dance performances, lectures and exhibits. Long-range plans include constructing an addition for artist studios and residences, according to LoHud.com
