Finch was found dead with multiple stab wounds at 53 Glenwood Ave. after police responded to reports of a naked man on Warburton Avenue around 5:03 a.m. according to the report.
The naked man, 49, is from the same address as the woman and is a suspect in what police say is a possible domestic violence case, lohud reports.
