Woman Charged In Fatal Yonkers Hit-And-Run

YONKERS, N.Y. -- Carla Scott, a 34-year-old Mount Vernon woman, has been charged with second-degree manslaughter in connection with the fatal hit-and-run that killed Glynis Pinto in Yonkers on Saturday, according to a report by LoHud.com.

Pinto, 37, died after a dark sedan struck her carrying her half a lock on Warburton Avenue, the report said. She was left with many broken bones, the report said. 

Scott is alleged to have had a previous dispute with Pinto, and she was found after extensive investigation and research, the report said.
