YONKERS, N.Y. -- Westchester's Ridge Hill will have some new tenants joining its regional center.
The following restaurants and stores will join Ridge Hill: 5 Napkin, a family-friendly bar and grill; Wine Zetta, a regional wine store; and Hand and Stone, a spa franchise. Adding to the restaurant mix, Poll Brothers, Manhasset restaurateurs, has leased a prominent Town Square location. In addition, Allstate insurance company will opening new offices at 73 Market St. in the WESTMED building.
"We constantly strive to cultivate the best possible combination of retail, dining and entertainment to meet the needs and desires of our customers,” said Kathryn Welch, executive vice president, Retail Development, FCRC. “This requires bringing together sought-after nationally recognized brands with unique local and regional merchants to ensure that our guests will have a successful and fun experience when they come to Ridge Hill.”
In the past few months, national retail additions have included The Children’s Place, which opened along Market Street; Lord & Taylor, which expanded its store to make more room for its men’s and children’s departments; and Banana Republic, which plans to open a new store at Ridge Hill in September.
“The balancing act of bringing in new tenants that complement the current mix, plus meeting the growing demands of the region, require a great deal of time, careful deliberations and close monitoring of market trends,” said Welch. “Our team is committed to making sure Ridge Hill will continue to be an attractive destination for generations.”
Hand and Stone will open next to LA Fitness on Second Street; 5 Napkin will open on the corner of Fitzgerald and Market streets across from Fountain Plaza; and Wine Zetta will open next to Vera Bradley on Cole Street. Poll Brothers will open its newest restaurant creation in the space and patio on Town Square between Market and Second streets.
