Qing Chang, 50, of Ardsley, who was on his way to work when the truck overturned around 9 a.m. Friday told CBS New York he didn't get scared because he didn't have time to during the seconds the accident occurred.

Incredibly, no one was injured in the crash, including the truck driver.

The accident resulted in all lanes on the bridge being closed initially and the northbound lanes being closed for nearly five hours.
