St. John's Riverside Hospital Sues Over Yonkers Water Bills

YONKERS, N.Y. -- St. John's Riverside Hospital is suing the City of Yonkers for inaccurate water billing totaling at least $650,000, according to a report by LoHud.com.

The hospital says it was improperly billed for water use at its Park Care Pavillion at 2 Park Ave. from 2007 to the present, according to a lawsuit filed in the state Supreme Court on Oct. 10, the lohud report said. 

The hospital is requesting no less than $650,000 for the alleged excessive billing, damages and fees, according to lohud.com.
