Spreckman Leads Richard In District 14 Westchester Legislature
Update 2:25 a.m. YONKERS, N.Y. -- With 82 percent of precincts, longtime incumbent Republican Bernice Spreckman is leading Democrat R. Rocky Richard 54 percent to 46 percent.
