The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 51-year-old Christopher Lyons, who has moved to an apartment on South Broadway in Yonkers.

The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Lyons as a level three threat, which means he is a “high-risk repeat offender and possible threat to public safety.”

According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Lyons had sexual intercourse and contact with his 35-year-old female victim in July 2006. He was convicted of sexual misconduct in November that year and sentenced to a term of one year in local jail. He is now under the jurisdiction of the Yonkers City Police Department SOR Unit.
