The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 37-year-old Omar Bonilla, who has moved to an apartment on Warburton Avenue in Yonkers

The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Bonilla as a Level 2 threat, which means he is at "moderate risk of a repeat offense."

According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Bonilla had sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl in Yonkers in February 2002. He was convicted later that year on a charge of second-degree sexual abuse and sentenced to an unspecified time in jail. He is now under the jurisdiction of the Yonkers Police Department SOR Unit.
