The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 34-year-old Perry Foy, who has moved to an apartment on Caryl Avenue in Yonkers.

The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Foy as a Level 2 threat, which means he is at "moderate risk of a repeat offense."

According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Foy had sexual intercourse and contact with his 15-year-old victim in 2004. He was convicted of second-degree rape the following year and sentenced to a term of between one and three years in state prison. He is now under the jurisdiction of the Yonkers City Police Department SOR Unit.
