The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 34-year-old Omar Kargbo, who has moved to an apartment on South Broadway in Yonkers.
The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Kargbo as a level two threat, which means he is at "moderate risk of a repeat offense."
According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Kargbo had sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl in August 2003. He was convicted of second-degree rape in March 2005 and sentenced to 10 years probation. He is now under the jurisdiction of the Yonkers City Police SOR Unit.
