High Street, a long, winding road over hilly Hastings from Broadway on the west side to Farragut Parkway, will be also be paved Monday and Tuesday from 7 a.m.-5 p.m.

The village posted details on its website, and police will post instructions for motorists and with detours.

Ravensdale Road is often used by motorists and delivery vehicles entering and exiting the village from Yonkers, Ardsley and Greenburgh.

High Street is used mostly by residents of the village who live along the roadway or are traveling to the Saw Mill River Parkway on Farragut Avenue.

The No. 6 Bee Line bus from Yonkers to White Plains and Pleasantville travels through High Street (Uniontown area) several times day. Bee Line commuters should check on re-routed bus routes.
