The crash occurred just before 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of Tuckahoe Road.
The person killed was a woman in her early 20s who was pronounced dead at Lawrence Hospital, according to News 12.
The woman's identity has not yet been released. The extent of the injuries to the other person has also not been released.
Central Avenue was closed for several hours during an accident investigation following the crash.
