OMG! Tim T. will you PLEASE stop writting and find something constructive to do.You are not the only person who has a head on their sholders but to listen to your rants you are so Pleeeese zip it .

Tim T:

Take you own advise

mommycali:

Paige - the police actually confirmed that the assault rifle with multiple high velocity ammo arounds WAS used to kill everyone inside the school.

HUNDREDS of bullets were fired. That kind of weapon is not used for hunting nor is it necessary for self defense. Those that feel they need to arm themselves as a militia in order to protect from government tyranny should move to a country in which they feel safer and more comfortable!

Paige:

The AR-15, one of the .223 series of firearms was not developed for hunting or recreation, it was developed for the military.

The information you are speaking about is more recent than what I had when I posted. However, the police have stated that the full investigation will take weeks.

Tim T:

Why not get you information straight first Pagieeee before you post and make yourself look foolish time and again.

Paige:

Why not actually read my comment, Timmy? There were conflicting reports. There still are conflicting reports. The police don't actually know what happened there.

Tim T:

Keep posting Pagiee you make your views look more and more foolish with each post.

Tim T:

well Said mommycali

RyanJJudson:

If you look at the videos, there is live footage from each location.

Your trusted, reliable media is owned and operated by the same big banks that control our government. We live in a controlledenvironment, where corporate, governmental, and media interests coalesce in favor of the elites that pull the strings. It is in their best interests that we become disarmed.

Tim T:

Ryan
Clearly you have issues why not go live on some deserted island with a wacko fringe group.

RyanJJudson:

The more I read about the details of this story, the less they make sense. 100 rounds were fired by two pistols? In under 15 minutes? This kids must have been a pro to walk around shooting and reloading without hesitation. Not buying it in my opinion. Then I saw videos and heard police scanner recordings of the cops arresting TWO other suspects that were fleeing the scene. We never heard about those guys, did we? Both dressed in camo fatigues and running through the woods behind the school. Add the fact that this kid was autistic, and all of this does not seem likely - sort of far fetched.

Although a shooting like this (coupled with Aurora, the Sikh temple, and countless others where two gunmen were accounted for in eyewitness reports yet only one was documented) would certainly do a whole lot to stir up the conversation about gun control.

Just saying, our government had pulled of false flag attacks in the past to advance certain political agendas...

halmarc45:

the news cycle.

Newtown, tragedy, gun control, Feiner
Newtown, tragedy, Feiner
Newtown, Feiner

tootired:

Correction:
Newtown, tragedy, not necessarily pro gun control, just doesn't want gun shows on government property or the selling or Nazi memorabilia but is sorta kinda ok with it all just needs to say something about it to be seen and heard. Feiner, Feiner, Feiner.

soch21:

John, Don't bother with Tim T he is a computer tough guy! He is never happy!
You could agree with him, and he would still argue with you!

Tim T:

Soch21, Do you have a mirror??

angel125:

To Tim T: All I have read here is you calling other people names. They have no right to an opinion unless it mirrors yours.I can feel your anger through the computer and it isn't just about guns.I will pray for you and hope you stop being a bully on here......just my opinion.

Tim T:

Correct they have no right to insane views...Thats correct.

john.real.965:

Tim, we need the 2nd amendment. Go break into my home, and I'll show you how useful the 2nd amendment is. I promise I won't call 911, not until you fully understand the usefulness of the 2nd amendment.

Tim T:

If you read John's post he clearly shows why the unstable should not have guns

john.real.965:

If the 'stable' will refuse to use a deadly weapon on someone who breaks into their home at 2 am, then you're welcome to call me 'unstable'.

Tim T:

John look at your post if you would like to see unstable..In another poste you suggested arming schools with automatic weapons..
Please seek help before you snap.

john.real.965:

Yes, I'm unstable, if that means I'd put a big hole in your head if you break into my home at 2am in the morning. I don't want to be 'stable' if that means I won't use a deadly weapon on you when you break into my home at 2am to rape and kill my family and take my belongings.

john.real.965:

BAN AUTOMOBILES AND DO IT TODAY. AUTOMOBILES KILL MORE PEOPLE THAN GUNS DO.

Tim T:

WOW what a lame lame reply///FOOL

john.real.965:

Lamer than: REPEAL 2ND AMENDMENT TODAY???

Tim T:

Nothing lame about REPEAL 2ND AMENDMENT TODAY as that what needs to happen ..READ YOUR POSTS AND YOU WILL SEE WHY...

pat j:

This comments section under a listing of the victims seems an inappropriate place to vent about gun control, 2nd amendment issues, etc. If anything, people might want to express their sorrow and condolences in this section. There are plenty of other stories about yesterday's tragedy to express your views, no matter what side you're on.

Niikk:

Pat
This is a very appropriate place to vent about gun control as it was guns that killed 20 children 6 Adults and destroyed countless other lives...

Greenburghmomof2:

Thanks for the reminder Pat.

I can't imagine the pain their community must feel. May they rest in peace

RyanJJudson:

Tim, please calm down with the republican/democrat paradigm thing. I am SO not with that. It makes you seem very juvenile and sheltered to cast assertions on people who are arguing valid points.

I don't buy into parties that are funded and managed by the same big banks. I don't vote for candidates who support a treasonous federal reserve system. I don't support unconstitutional ideologies.

Would it surprise you that I'm an avid gun enthusiast, while at the same time being staunchly anti-war? Not everyone fits into the neat little boxes that Chris Matthews would like them to.

Tim T:

Ryan please calm down of the pro gun crap as that is what caused the tragedy..... GUNS

Greenburghmomof2:

May we all pray for these victims and all the lives lost...even the shooter, Adam.

This is not about gun violence. This is not about making our schools, movie theaters, malls or any public place into a fortress. This is about mental health. We need to remove the stigma of the mentally ill and get people help when they're "a little strange".

Whenever these spree killers/mass murderers are done, someone ALWAYS remembers a strange occurrence and weird behaviors. Why? Because we KNOW when someone amongst us is sick and we ignore the fact that things can and will happen when you're not in your right mind! Most mentally ill people are harmless to others but are suffering within themselves, so it be hooves us to help! If they're suffering inside, it's humanitarian to provide help. If they're suffering and will hurt others, it's better for us to help early and avoid this type of act. Adam was only 20 years old, just finishing his own childhood. I'm sure his wealthy parents didn't want to acknowledge his issues and truly get him help that would've spared 28 lives. I'm sure they tried to just handle it on their own.

While I'm not an advocate for or against guns, I can see this clearly.
Is about mental health!! Lets put more government funding into mental health programs and PREVENTION than guns or school security guards

Tim T:

NO WRONG..This is 100 percent about gun violence...Maybe you are not aware but it was guns that killed 20 CHILDREN AND 6 ADULTS

Greenburghmomof2:

It's about Gun Violence for you, that's obvious. It wasn't for the killer. It was about doing something dreadful for whatever reason...within his MIND. He could've used a bomb, or other method of hurting people. He wanted to hurt children. That's the bottom line and until we improve humanity and assist those that have these thoughts and urges, this will continue. Weapon control is only a distraction and sadly, a speed bump in stopping the violence.

Tim T, Clearly you're passionate about this gun thing. Maybe you can use some of that passion to pray for these lost lives. Try to be less insulting in your argument, maybe others will listen instead of debate. 28 people are dead and gone, no need to be angry now. Hopefully you will find some peace in a vigil or something for the families.

May their families find some peace in their faith during this time.

PBC:

Thank you greenburghmomof2. Spoken with intelligence and reason.

RyanJJudson:

Wow Tim...

Why is it that the so-called "liberals" (actually, authoritarians) seem more militant and angry than us gun-owning libertarians?

It sounds like you've been watching too much network news, dude... Mad love, man.

Tim T:

WOW Ryan Why is it you Conservatives support killings..It sounds like you've been watching too much Fox ENTERTAINMENT NETWORK And the junkie Rush.

tootired:

" I THINK " No. You really don't think at all.

Greenburghmomof2:

Lets fund more mental health programs and remove the stigmas for those needing help!

Gaurand:

Tim T. .the only one sounding like a wacko is you. Grow up and can the hysterics.

Niikk:

Sound to me and most of civilized society that TIM is 100 percent correct.. As far as hysterics I would think 26 deaths because of guns justifies that.

Tim T:

Gaurand
I would look in the mirror if I were you..It is because of "people" like you that yesterdays tragedy happed.

RyanJJudson:

"Any society that would trade freedom for a little security shall deserve neither and loose both."

- Benjamin Franklin

dhjdhj:

No, he said "essential liberty" and today's society is not the same as it was in Franklin's time. What might have been right in those days is not necessarily right today. Gun control (which is NOT the same as taking guns away from everyone) is hardly about essential liberty.

victor.cinquemani:

God bless

Tim T:

THE SECOND AMENDMENT MUST BE REPEALED AND REPEALED NOW///Only a nut wacko would disagree.

Paige:

Okay, Timmy, sit up and pay attention.

In May of 1927, a large bomb went off in the north wing of the school in Bath, Michigan. 45 people died, 38 of them were children. If the second bomb had gone off, there would have been more casualities. You can read about that here. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bath_School_disaster

In September of 1959, a man took his son to school in Houston, Texas. He was not able to register the child due to a lack of a birth certificate and other documents. He detonated a home made bomb in his suitcase, killing himself, his son, two other students and two other adults.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poe_Elementary_School_bombing

In the Oklahoma City bombing on April 19, 1995, 19 children died. There was a daycare center in the building.

The Bath, Michigan bombing and the Oklahoma City bombing both had more victims than Columbine. Bath, Michigan remains the most deadliest school fatality in our history.

None of those tragedies involved guns.

Tim T:

Pagie
I would expect a wacko reply from a Republican like yourself....Clearly you are not very bright and a brainwashed wacko puppet of the wacko Republican party.
You really are digging deep in a lame attempt to justify your wacko views 1927 and 1959 man is that the best you can do.
REPEAL THE SECOND AMENDMENT AND DO IT TODAY.

Paige:

You know what, Timmy? I don't ask what political party people belong to. But that's all you think about. And are you really so very callous that the death of 38 children is nothing to you regardless of when it took place? I suppose you don't believe that the Holocaust took place either. How sad, how very, very sad that the loss of human life, no matter when means nothing to you.

Tim T:

Keep rambling Pagieee..You seem like you have lost it once again Also once again you are putting words in others mouths in lame attempt to justify your wacko views..
