YONKERS, N.Y. -- The Empire City Casino and Yonkers Department of Veterans Services will hold a free job fair for veterans on Thursday, Nov. 17.
Over 60 tri-state area employers from all sectors of industry looking to salute and recruit, including the recent additions of Con Edison and Konica Minolta.
The veterans-only job fair will take place in the third floor Good Time Room from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
“We owe these young men and women a debt we’ll never be able to repay,” Timothy Rooney, owner and operator of Empire City Casino said in a statement. “This is our way of saying thank you and our way of giving other employers a way to show their gratitude as well.”
