Valhalla's Village Creamery Earns DVlicious 'Best Ice Cream' Award

VALHALLA, N.Y. -- Being presented with the DVlicious "Best Ice Cream in Westchester" award was a "sweet" moment for John and Kristin Caldarola of Village Creamery & Sweet Shop in Valhalla.

The husband and wife owners of the 1-year-old ice cream parlor were awarded the certificate on Friday, July 10 by Daily Voice Features Editor Jeanne Muchnick.

"We are honored to be chosen by the Daily Voice fo having the best ice cream," said John. "Our customers deserve only the best and that’s what we strive to give them."

Village Creamery tied with King Kone of Somers for top honors (see previous Daily Voice story here).
