Chippy has been reported missing since May 3, when he was seen at the crossing of Loomis and Midland Avenues. He was reportedly spotted a week later with a black dog in the area of the Hutchinson River Parkway and Cross County Parkway. There have been no reported sightings since.

His owners have described the Pomeranian as “unique in size and features” and he weighs approximately 15 pounds, making him large in stature for his breed. He has white eyebrows, a white spot on his nose and sometimes limps from his left hind leg. He was not wearing a collar or harness when he got loose. Anyone with information can call (917) 977-1112 if he is spotted.
