The 43-acre Indo-Persian style garden has a temple on it overlooking the Hudson River, which is currently the focus of the renovation project of the estate once owned by lawyer and philanthropist Samuel Untermyer , The New York Times reports.

The garden, according to the article, was once a romantic spot and has suffered under many years of neglect.
