Le Moulin Opens In Yonkers

YONKERS, N.Y. -- Le Moulin Eatery and Wine Bar recently celebrated its grand opening at the Yonkers waterfront.

Deputy Mayor Steve Levy, City Councilmen Chris Johnson and Michael Sabitino joined other guests in celebrating the opening with a round of proclamations and speeches followed by hours of mingling and dining.

Part wine bar and part eatery, Le Moulin offers small plates featuring fresh, local and seasonal ingredients and inspired by executive chef Josyane Colwell's early life in the south of France.
