Former White House Chef Comes To Westchester's Ridge Hill

Moeller is set to give a cooking demonstration and book signing to celebrate the new release of his book "Dining at the White House: From the President’s Table to Yours," a memoir covering Moeller's days cooking for America’s most prominent families.

"Dining at the White House is a must read for any Presidential buff or foodie," representatives said. "This book provides an insider’s view of what it’s like to dine at the White House. Chef Moeller describes the most memorable moments cooking for the families and guests of Presidents George H.W. Bush, William (Bill) Clinton and George W. Bush. The book includes recipes for one-of-a-kind dishes featuring his trademark use of fresh, seasonal ingredients inspired by his classical French training with an American twist. Useful chef notes help adapt fine French cooking techniques for the home cook."

Moeller will also offer holiday cooking tips during the signing at 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 1, at Brio Tuscan Grille, adjacent to Town Square at Westchester's Ridge Hill Shopping Center.
