  • Ernie’s Wine Bar + EATS will be open Thanksgiving Eve from 3 p.m. till midnight and serving plenty of wines that won't tax the digestive system. Owner Philip Hedger suggests mellow wines such as Grenache from Barossa, a Pinot from Walker Bay, South Africa, or a classy Gamay such as Fleurie. A tawny port or quality Marsala also make a nice aperitif, as does an XO cognac or a sipping rum. Talk Tukey: 7 Pondfield Road, (914) 652-7859.

  • Underhills Crossing will be open from noon to 8 p.m. Thanksgiving with a host of fall-infused dishes, including butternut squash soup, pumpkin ravioli, Hudson Valley turkey, Amish chicken breast, pork shank and more. Talk Turkey: 74 Pondfield Road, (914) 337-1200; the full a la carte holiday menu can be found here.
  • Topps Bakery will offer free pie delivery (think apple, pumpkin, pecan and mince) within a five-mile radius on Thanksgiving morning, though you can always trot on over and pick up your favorite. Reserving ahead of time is best. Hours are from 7 a.m till noon on Thursday, Nov. 27. Talk Turkey: 106 Pondfield Road, (914) 337-4258.
