Friday Dec. 14

Holiday Celebrations at Yonkers Public Schools: At School 9, 53 Fairview St., children can visit and take pictures with Santa. He will be there on both Friday and Saturday at 9 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Lincoln High School, 375 Kneeland Ave., will also host a Holiday Concert and Visual Arts Extravaganza Friday night at 6:30 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 15

Saturday Movies at Your Library: Snow White and the Hunstman: 2 p.m.  Watch new release films every first and third Saturday of the month at Yonkers Riverfront Library. This week, watch a twist to a popular fairy tell as Snow White and the Huntsman take on the evil queen.  Community Room, Yonkers Riverfront Library, 1 Larkin Center.

Sunday, Dec. 16

A Christmas Carol: Watch four actors interpret Charles Dickens' popular Christmas novel, playing the roles of Ebenezer Scrooge, Bob Cratchit, Tiny Tim, the Ghost of Christmas Past. The performance is 85 minutes with no intermission. Holiday cookies, hot chocolate and cider will be served following the performance. Hudson River Museum, 511 Warburton Ave.
