The opening will be on Saturday, Feb. 6, from 7-10 p.m. at the gallery, at 66 Main St.

It will feature the works of more than 40 artists from New York City and Yonkers including Roddy Wildeman, whose work was featured on Ted Talks.

Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano and Yonkers City officials will attend the opening of the gallery, which is prominently featured in the city’s new Generation Y campaign, working to attract a younger demographic to the city’s downtown.

Urban Studio Unbound is a collective of artists--most of whom are alumni, current/retired faculty and staff from the Fine Arts Department at the Fashion Institute of Technology.

The Gallery opened in Yonkers in October.
