Nestor Moreno sexually assaulted the girl multiple times, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. He was charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, Suarez said.
He was arrested at the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office and transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility pending his first court appearance, Suarez said.
