The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
It is a day to celebrate all of the positive things happening in the community.
Mel Campos, chief professional officer at the Boys & Girls Club, states, “Children and families will have the opportunity to spend a wholesome day together celebrating the good our children do that is sometimes taken for granted.”
The day is filled with a variety of activities. Children will experience face painting, clowns, a bouncy house, tennis and basketball demonstrations, as well as an obstacle course.
The event will also feature a yoga demonstration and a healthy cooking class. A disc jockey will entertain the crowd while the Alpha Stars Cheerleading Team and the Revelators Dance Troupe will perform.
Healthy snacks will be provided.
