STAMFORD, Conn. Three drunken Stamford men were arrested after getting into a fight on Stephens Street early Monday, police said.
The fight started when Guilson Perez-Najera, 22, of Stephens Street, wanted to stay out drinking, and Leonel Edgardo-Mejia, 23, of Myrtle Avenue, wanted to go home, police said. Hearing the commotion outside, Jose Perez-Mendez, 23, also of Stephens Street, came out with a knife to help protect Perez-Najera, who is his cousin, police said.
All three received minor scrapes and cuts during the scuffle, and Perez-Mendez broke a car window swinging the knife, police said. A woman with Perez-Najera and Edgardo-Mejia was driving the car, but she was not arrested, police said.
Perez-Najera and Edgardo-Mejia each were charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, police said. Perez-Mendez was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief, police said.

Eloi Israel Cadena, 23, of Ludlow Street, Stamford, was arrested Sunday afternoon on a disorderly conduct charge, police said.
Bryant Gleaton, 46, of Ann Street, Stamford, was arrested Sunday on charges of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, and failure to drive in a proper lane, police said.
Henry Jara-Villamarin, 19, of Hapin Avenue, Stamford, was charged with first-degree larceny, police said.
