NORWALK, Conn. A father and son were arrested Thursday after threatening to kill a Norwalk pharmacist over the price of a prescription, police say.
According to Sgt. Lisa Cotto:
Christopher Fattahi, 20, of 41 Silvermine Ave. pointed his fingers like they were a gun at the pharmacist at the Vital Care Pharmacy, located at 189 Main Street. He said the pharmacist was "dead" because Fattahi is a gang member and knows where the pharmacist lives.
His father, Robert Bahr Fattahi, 52, of 41 Silvermine Ave., pushed the pharmacist in the chest with a closed fist. He said, "If you don't give me my money back I'll (expletive) kill you."
The pharmacist was not injured. He had come out from behind the counter because the father and son were creating a scene.
Police were called at 4:23 p.m. after the pair fled north on Main Avenue in a gold Mercedes. Officer Tyrone Boyd stopped them at Creeping Hemlock Lane. They were both charged with threatening second degree, assault third degree, conspiracy to commit assault and breach of peace. Bond was $2,500.
Christopher Fattahi is on probation from charges in Georgia.

A Christy Street resident said he had gone out at 8 a.m., but people had been going in and out all day. A laptop computer, loose change and jewelry had been taken when he called at 7:36 p.m. There was no sign of forced entry.
The next door neighbor said a lot of people were at a party there Saturday and he hadn't since checked the room from which things were stolen. He had been gone from 3 to 11 p.m. and called police at 11:18 p.m.
Missing were a flat screen television, an Xbox, a laptop computer, a pair of sneakers and boots. There was no sign of forced entry.
Detectives are investigating.
