ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- Pelham established its dominance from the opening point Saturday and booked a ticket to Glens Falls.The Pelicans swept Section 9 titlist Red Hook, 25-9, 25-15, 25-21, in a New York State Volleyball Championship Class B regional final at Bard College.Pelham (20-1) advances to the state final four at the Glens Falls Civic Center, Saturday-Sunday, Nov. 19-20. The four teams will participate in pool play, beginning 2:30 p.m., Saturday. The two teams with the best record will play for the title, Sunday, at noon.Tyler Maloney led Pelham with nine kills and she also had four blocks. Lauren Keller had another strong match setting with 23 assists and three aces.Taylor came up with a clutch play every time we needed it, Pelham coach Mark Finegan said. It feels great to be going to the final four. The girls are excited and looking forward to the opportunity.
