Free Movie Mondays To Begin At Ridge Hill In Yonkers

YONKERS, N.Y. -- The third annual free Movie Mondays family film series from Ridge Hill and Rooftop Film will begin July 13 with "Paddington."

Mayor Michael Spano will introduce the film.

Movie Mondays features complimentary popcorn from Whole Foods Market and pre-film activities, such as costume make-up from Sephora, Lego creations from Legoland Discovery Center, a bean boot toss from LL Bean and enter-to-win and giveaways from The Container Store and WHUD.

Yonkers Brewing Company will have samples of local craft beer and Frannie's Goodie Shop will have snacks and cotton candy. Wee Westchester will make a chalk mural July 13 and 27.

After "Paddington," the film series will continue with "Big Hero 6" July 27 and "Maleficent" Aug. 10. Movies begin at sunset and activities start at 7 p.m.
