Everyone is invited to join Retro Fitness and the Yonkers Downtown Business Improvement District, at 66 Main St., to dance, exercise, and be part of this important national effort.

“We are really excited to be part of the Yonkers Downtown Community and bring additional healthy activities to the entire community,” said Holly Wallman, owner of Retro Fitness. “We are proud to bring people together and promote health and awareness.”

The event will be open to the public and people are encouraged to bring their families and friends. There will be music and a group Zumba class will be conducted in the blocked off street at 6 p.m. (weather permitting).  “Retro Fitness is a great local business, who is also looking out for their new community”, said Daniel Lipka, executive director of the Yonkers Downtown BID. “The Yonkers Downtown Waterfront has become a destination of great new businesses, restaurants, and entertainment. This event kicks off a great series of events over the next few months in this area.”
