In a globalized world, who decides what food we eat and how it is produced, processed, and marketed? Dr. Nora McKeon, a lecturer on food security at the University of Rome Three, is currently co-editing a special issue of Globalizations on the global governance of land-grabbing and working on a book, Food Security: From Crisis to Global Governance.
