Frankel will be the celebrity judge in the "Fancy Derby Hat Contest," among Derby Day events that are open to the public.
Hat Contest participants can register free from 3 to 4:30 p.m., with the winner announced at 5 p.m.
Among other prizes and giveaways, the contestant with Frankel's favorite hat will receive $750. All contestants that register with an appropriate Derby Hat will receive $10 Free Play.
Frankel will be available to mix and mingle with attendees from 6 to 7:30 p.m. In addition, she will serve her Skinnygirl cocktail, "Cooler Than the Julep," a spin on the classic Derby drink.
The first 1,000 Empire Club Members to visit the Entertainment Lounge starting at 4 p.m. will receive one two-horse exacta box ticket for the Kentucky Derby (one per Empire Club member).
A Derby Party is set from 3 to 8 p.m. trackside.Along with the hat contest, the day features drinks, music and racing.
