Owners Selling Yonkers' Soyo Craft Bar, Once Featured On 'Bar Rescue'

YONKERS, N.Y. -- The troubled Soyo Craft Bar in Yonkers is on the market for $150,000, despite a renovation on "Bar Rescue," according to lohud.com

Originally named Undisputed Sports Bar & Grill, the 38 1/2/ Main St. locale was rechristened Soyo after the Spike TV series invested $90,000 in renovating the restaurant in 2014, lohud.com reported.

The show's re-branding and renovation were an attempt to help the bar draw its intended professional crowd, rather than a rowdy clientele that fought and created issues with local police, said lohud.com.

"Bar Rescue's" changes and tips only helped for a brief time before sales dropped by more than 60 percent a month later, lohud,com reported.
