GEICO's Grand Opening In Yonkers Features NASCAR Show Car, Raffles

YONKERS, N.Y. -- GEICO's Westchester County local office, headed by agent Weezie Mullaly, will host a grand opening celebration from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday at its new location at 1915 Central Park Avenue in Yonkers.

The GEICO NASCAR show car is a full-scale replica of the car raced by NASCAR driver Casey Mears.

Mullaly’s office will award $5,000 to Family Services of Westchester as part of the event, according to a press release. The organization provides a broad range of social and mental health services.

GEICO’s NASCAR showcar will make an appearance and the gecko will be featured, according to a press release. Guests can enter to win a series of raffle prizes, including four New York Mets tickets and a $100 gas gift card. Radio station 107.5 WBLS will be handing out free giveaways.

“Yonkers is the perfect place for us to call our new home,” Mullaly said in a press release. “This location is highly accessible for customers and puts us in the heart of the community. We hope to meet and even exceed expectations of our policyholders in both Westchester and Rockland counties.”
